Welcome to NoMo. By using this application, you agree to the following terms:

IMPORTANT: NoMo is a visual aid designed to alleviate motion sickness symptoms. It is NOT a medical diagnostic tool and should not replace professional medical advice or medication.

1. Service Description

NoMo provides visual synchronization services based on real-time motion data (e.g., gyroscope) to help balance visual and vestibular senses. Effects may vary based on individual physical condition and device hardware.

2. Usage & Safety

NO DRIVING: Do not use or look at this app while operating a vehicle. We are not responsible for accidents resulting from traffic safety violations.
Stop Use if Unwell: If you experience increased dizziness, nausea, or blurred vision, stop using the app immediately and rest.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

We offer weekly subscriptions and lifetime purchases.
All payments are processed via Apple iTunes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

4. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoMo developers are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, individual physical sensitivity, or hardware malfunctions.
