NoMo Membership Service Agreement

Welcome to NoMo - Anti-Motion Sickness Assistant. This agreement is entered into between the user (hereinafter "You") and Guo Jueliang (hereinafter "We" or "the Developer") regarding the NoMo membership services.

I. Product Description

NoMo is an anti-motion sickness auxiliary tool application that runs locally on iOS devices. The app requires no account registration, has no server-side storage, and all functions operate locally on the user's device.

This application does not collect, store, or upload any personal user data.

II. Membership Types & Benefits

NoMo offers the following payment plans:

• Weekly Membership: 15.00 CNY/week (Auto-renewable subscription)
• Lifetime Membership: 148.00 CNY (One-time purchase)

Members can unlock full anti-motion sickness auxiliary features and advanced display functions. Specific features are subject to the display within the App.

III. Payment Methods

1. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
2. The application uses RevenueCat services for subscription status management.
3. Lifetime Membership is a one-time purchase product and does not involve auto-renewal.

IV. Refund Policy

All payments and refunds are handled by Apple. If a refund is required, please apply through official Apple channels.

NoMo is an auxiliary utility application and is NOT a medical device or medical product. This application is only intended to alleviate discomfort that may arise during travel and does not constitute medical advice or a commitment to treatment.

VI. Service Changes

We may update features or prices based on product optimization needs. Price adjustments will only take effect for new subscription cycles.
