Your health information deserves care. Local practice and body entries are not sent to RevenueCat or a pose health-data server. We do not sell consumer health data.

1. Scope and operator
This separate notice describes consumer health data in pose: Pilates & Home Workout, operated by Matt. It is provided for users whose information is protected by consumer health-data laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and other applicable state laws. Contact matt1232026@gmail.com for health-data questions or requests. This page concerns health data only; other information is described in the Privacy Policy.
2. Categories, sources and purposes
You are the source of the entries you choose to make. The app may handle optional height and weight, movement-comfort preferences such as low-impact choices, fitness goals and focus areas, selected workout plans and completed-session records. Depending on context, these entries may reveal or allow inferences about physical health or fitness and may be consumer health data under applicable law.
These records are stored and used on your device to provide the plan, session and progress features you request. The app does not send them to a pose health-data server or to RevenueCat. We do not buy health data from a broker, obtain medical records from a provider, access HealthKit, measure a diagnosis, track a precise geographic location or use a geofence around a health-care facility. We do not use your data to train a cloud AI health model.
If you voluntarily include health information in a support email, we receive that information directly from you and use only what is necessary to address your request or fulfill a privacy right. We do not need medical records for routine support. Please omit information unrelated to the issue.
4. Your choices, access and deletion
Optional measurements can be left blank. You can adjust plan choices and delete local practice data from Profile → Preferences → Delete local practice data. This clears the app's local health and practice records. We cannot remotely inspect or erase your device or erase a copy already shared to another service. Device backups can be removed through the corresponding platform controls.
Where applicable, you may request confirmation of collection or sharing, access to consumer health data, the legally required list of recipients and their contact details, withdrawal of consent and deletion. We will apply those rights to health information held by us or processed on our behalf, and communicate applicable deletion instructions to processors and other recipients as the law requires. Any permitted archival-backup delay will follow the applicable legal limit. We will explain a lawful exception if one applies.
Email matt1232026@gmail.com with “pose health data request”. We may request proportionate verification and will not require you to disclose unrelated health information. We generally respond to an applicable Washington request within 45 days; a permitted extension of up to 45 additional days will be explained within the initial period. Other applicable laws may require different deadlines. We do not discriminate against you for exercising a lawful right. Removing data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
5. Appeals, protection and updates
If a request is denied and you have an appeal right, reply with “pose health data appeal”. We will review the decision and provide a written explanation within the period required by applicable law, including within 45 days for an applicable Washington appeal. If the appeal is unsuccessful, you may complain to the Washington Attorney General or another regulator with jurisdiction.
Health information is retained only for the requested purpose and any applicable legal requirement, and access is limited to what is needed for that purpose. We do not treat accepting the general privacy notice as consent to unrestricted health-data processing. Material changes will be notified before a new practice begins where required, and new consent will be sought when required.
