1. Recurring plan
FocusHuman may offer a monthly FocusHuman Bond membership (the “Recurring Membership”). The price, currency, billing period, and included features are displayed in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. By purchasing a Recurring Membership, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple Account on the schedule shown at purchase.
2. Automatic renewal
Your Recurring Membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect for your subscription unless Apple notifies you of a permitted price change.
A Lifetime purchase is not a Recurring Membership and does not automatically renew.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel a Recurring Membership at any time through your Apple Account subscription settings. On iPhone or iPad, this is generally available through Settings, your Apple Account, and Subscriptions. The App may also offer a membership-management link that opens Apple’s available management screen.
4. Trial and promotional offers
If Apple presents a free trial, introductory price, or other promotional offer, the offer’s duration, eligibility, and subsequent price will be shown before you purchase. Unless you cancel before the applicable deadline shown by Apple, the offer may convert to the paid Recurring Membership automatically. Promotional offers are subject to Apple’s eligibility rules and may not be available to every user.
5. Price and product changes
We may change pricing or product availability for future purchases. If the price of your Recurring Membership changes, Apple will notify you and, where required, request your consent before the change applies. If you do not accept a required price change, Apple may cancel your subscription at the end of your current period.
6. Payment, restoration, and refunds
Apple processes payment and controls the billing relationship for App Store purchases. If a payment cannot be collected, Apple may suspend or end your entitlement in accordance with its terms. You can use Restore Purchases in the App to refresh an eligible purchase associated with the Apple Account used to buy it.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made through Apple’s refund process and are governed by Apple’s policies. FocusHuman cannot independently grant an App Store refund.
7. Relationship to other documents
These terms supplement the Membership Agreement, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with a mandatory consumer-protection law, that law controls to the extent of the conflict.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. For questions about a Recurring Membership, use the support channel shown on the FocusHuman App Store product page. For billing, cancellation, or refund assistance, Apple’s App Store support channels are the appropriate first point of contact.
